Reflexology is an ancient healing practice of applying therapeutic pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, and ears that benefits the whole body.  Reflexology connects areas on the outside of your feet to the inside of your body.  Reflexologists are guided by a foot map that represents reflex points that correspond to every organ, valve, muscle, etc., in the body.  Reflexology also rests on the belief, that qi (pronounced Chee) is the bodies “vital energy” and flows through each person. When a person feels



stressed, their body blocks qi which can cause an imbalance in the body and lead to illness. By using specific pressure techniques, reflexologists remove energy blockages and promote health in the related area reflexology aims to keep qi flowing through the body, keeping it balanced and disease free.
