During your massage the therapist will choose the appropriate techniques myofascial, deep tissue, trigger point, sports, Swedish, to address the goals of the client that were discussed during the client intake portion of the appointment.

Chakra Balancing
Ancient philosophy teaches us that our chakras are wheels that form symbolic energy centers at main points of the body. Imbalances or blockages can be caused by physical or emotional strains. The seven major chakras each relate to a specific color, organ, gland or part of the body. In your chakra balancing session our practioner will do basic energy testing and balance the seven major chakras. You will leave feeling refreshed, restored and energized.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a holistic acupressure technique that relies on premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs. When the reflexes are stimulated, the body's natural electrical energy works along the nervous system to clear any blockages in the corresponding zones. Reflexology is a great way to relax, unwind, and heal.

Essentially a Integrative Health Coach is the “Go Between” Food and Health. The role of a heath coach is to support their clients through the stages of their health journey from "information" to "transformation". Your health coach will become an expert of you and help you identify the areas that you are stuck in and would like to shift so that you can live a more fulfilling and healthier life!
