Caren Clift
Caren Clift is a nationally certified and licensed massage therapist practicing in the state of Maryland. Caren received her training from the Notable Potomac Massage Training Institute located in Silver Spring, MD. In addition, Caren has received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park.
Caren's dedication to her community as a health advocate led her to advance her studies at University of Maryland Global Campus where she obtained her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration. Caren has practiced massage therapy for over twenty years and has a rich background that includes servicing clients in both the clinic and spa environments. Caren has a heart for service and owns a small wellness and massage therapy practice.
Caren has experience with many different massage modalities, including hot stone, bamboo, cupping and Ashiatsu, therapeuticmassage and sports massage. Caren's clients value her wealth of knowledge and personalized massage sessions that meet the individual needs of her clients. Caren is committed to caring for the 'whole' person during each massage session whether the clients needs to address a long-term injury, would benefit from deep, indulgent manual work, or simply need to relax and rest. Caren is passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals so that they enjoy a more fulfilled life throughout their wellness journey.
