  • Flow Yoga
Go with the flow! In this class, we emphasize flowing from one pose to another (rather than holding postures for an extended time). This class is taught at a basic level so that beginners can succeed, but all levels are welcome. Each class is 60 minutes and includes relaxation.

Each class begins and ends with 10 minutes of stretching and relaxation. Prerequisites: Completion of a Level I mat class (required) and a private lesson (suggested, but not mandatory).
