This tele-workshop will give you invaluable tools and opportunity to work with our Health Coach Jessica Wagner. For healthy weight loss that lasts, you must work less at it and at life in general. Working less means acting according to your body’s nature rather than against it. When we act against nature, the work we do to get the results we want depletes and stresses the body, often resulting in a bodily injury during exercise, an illness, cravings, binges, and/or significant fluctuations in weight, energy and/or mood. It’s time to try a different approach.
Here is what a recent client had to say:
“I learned so much from this class on what I should and could be eating. I also know that I will be eating healthier and not so stressed out over my weight as I now know by eating what my body
needs I will lose the weight in a healthy manner.” Julie H
