Pilates Plus Wellness Center private yoga and Pilates lessons let you work on your personal fitness goals at a pace that is perfect for you alone and on a timetable that fits your schedule.
We start your private lessons with a complete health profile with a certified, trained Pilates Plus Wellness Center staff member and then develop a program tailored just for you. Whether you are a beginner on the path to wellness or an athletes looking for challenging cross-training, we can design the program that meets your exact needs.
Our Upper Marlboro studio in Prince George’s County, is close to the communities of Brandywine, Bowie, Lothian, Dunkirk, and Bowie.
Even if you have a physical limitation like a bad knee or a chronic illness, we can design programs to work your whole body.
You will have access to everything we offer in our group classes in a one-on-one format. With yoga, you will stretch, strengthen, and use props like bolsters, blocks, and straps. For Pilates, your teacher will decide which Pilates apparatus is best for you such as the Reformer, the Cadillac, or the classic Wunda chair.
Your workout will be as unique as you are.
Working with a teacher one-on-one gives you another bonus: You can make sure you are doing the exercises correctly for maximum benefit. Because we work with you – and only you – during your session, we can give you instant feedback on your form and your breathing technique to make sure you get the most from your workout.
