Pilates classes are your fast-track to core strength – and are appropriate for all fitness levels. Try our Pilates classes and you will enjoy small class sizes and individualized, caring instruction. Most classes run in multi-week sessions and cost less than $15 per class.

- Fundamentals of Pilates and Yoga
So perfect for beginners! This FREE class reviews the essential Pilates and yoga fundamentals that are the basis for all the classes we teach. This class is a pre-requisite for Pilates Mat Level 1 classes. Each class is 30 minutes.
- Group Circuit Classes
Get ready to experience the entire array of Pilates equipment in this multi-week, 50-minute class you can explore the best Pilates props, including

- The Wunda Chair
- Arc Barrel
- Spine Corrector
- Foot Corrector
Class is limited to only FIVE students. For adequate preparation for this class, we recommend that you complete a private lesson package first.
- Group Mat Classes – Level 1/Stretch Combo
Enjoy 20 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of basic Pilates mat work. You will focus on proper cueing and breathing techniques. The Fundamentals of Pilates class is a pre-requisite to taking this class.
- Group Mat Classes – Express
Now! A full Pilates mat workout in a schedule–loving half-hour format. Similar to our Evening Group Mat classes, these short-but-powerful Pilates classes focus cueing and breathing techniques. Small class sizes of only NINE participants give you quality hands-on assistance and feedback.
- Group Chair Classes Level I and Level II
This multi-week session of 50-minute classes uses the Wunda chair (because it “works wonders”) developed by Pilates founder Joseph Pilates himself. We take traditional Pilates fundamentals and mat work and apply them to the Wunda chair to give you heightened resistance and strength training at either a Level I or Level II range of difficulty.
Demand for theses classes is high. To maximize student benefits, we only allow five participants per class and require all students to complete the Fundamentals of Pilates course and a multi-week mat class before registering.

- Pilates Mat Level II with Magic Circle Exercise Ring
Bump up your classical Pilates mat workout with Level II mat exercises, such as the roll over and the spine twist. We teach the class using the Pilates “Magic Circle” exercise ring – you will love the added challenge! Prerequisites: Completion of a Level I mat class (required) and a private session class (suggested, but not mandatory).
Class sessions are usually 10-weeks long and cost less than $10 per class—that’s less than a couple of lattes! Please register now to secure your spot.
