Wouldn’t you love to tone up and lose weight? Fitness Boot Camp kicks your metabolism into high gear with a fun mix of cardio and muscle sculpting moves to burn calories. Plus, you can do many of these exercises at home, too, so that you see results even faster.
Each class is 50 minutes. Come get your sweat on! We alternate our Fitness Boot Camp with Cardio-Kickboxing, so refer to our current schedule to see which we are running this semester. We are located in Upper Marlboro, Prince George’s County and are close to the communities of Brandywine, Bowie, Lothian, and Dunkirk.
Prerequisite: Before starting boot camp, we recommend that you take a 30 minute private session with our fitness boot camp trainer. We offer this private session at a special, reduced rate. Contact us to schedule your private session.
