Your feet are your foundation!

They carry you through life, and yet we usually tend to ignore them until they hurt or we want them to look nice in a pair of shoes.

Learn to love your feet, get a leg up on your yoga practice, and put your best foot forward!

In this workshop, you will:

  • Gain a better understanding of your feet by learning functional anatomy. Not just WHAT your foot is made of, but WHY and HOW the structure of your foot supports and transports you.
  • Recognize common foot misalignments and injuries, and learn therapeutic techniques to address these issues.
  • Develop a deeper awareness of your feet in yoga poses. Learn to build your poses from the ground up and use your feet more effectively.
