We know that where health and wellness is concerned, one size definitely does not fit all. To meet your individual needs, we offer three holistic, whole-foods based approaches to help you improve nutrition and your overall health and wellness.
Health and Wellness Workshops
Our nutrition-based health and wellness workshops are a great first-step on your journey to wellness (or a good “reinforcement” for those who already embrace good nutrition).
The beauty of these workshops is they are both power-packed AND affordable. Workshops typically run two hours.

Holistic Health Counseling
We are proud to offer the opportunity to work one-on-one with our health coach and nutrition counselor.
Now you can have the benefits of working with a professional who is dedicated to tailoring a program that fits YOUR lifestyle and YOUR personal goals.
We offer two different paths to wellness: Weight Loss Cleanse and Lifestyle Management.
Weight Loss Cleanse
We offer a weight loss cleanse that is a surefire way to get you started on the journey to your optimal weight. There are two options for getting started:
- The 1-2 month program, our standard weight loss program
- A 12-day “Jump Start” program, for individuals who want to accelerate the process
Both Weight Loss Cleanse options include four phone sessions with our health counselor.
Winter Weight Loss Cleanse + Lifestyle Maintenance Program
The problem with many so-called “weight loss” programs is that the weight loss is only temporary. For long lasting results, we recommend support.
To help you keep your healthy habits, we offer longer programs that include the lifestyle and maintenance support needed for lasting results. Our extended programs allow you to continue working with our health coach and increase the number of counseling sessions. Plus–the longer you enroll, the better the value!
- 2 to 3 month program (You meet with our health counselor eight times)
- 3 to 6 month program (You meet with our health counselor twelve times)
All of our Holistic Health Counseling programs include:
- Instructional handouts including recipes, meal planning, and mind-body-spirit alignment practices etc.
- E-mail and text support between sessions when needed
- 60-minute consultation sessions
- Significant time spent by your Health Coach before and after each one of your sessions to fully customize your program

Eat Smart Program
Eat Smart is a unique approach to fat loss that is a refreshing change from the usual lists of what to eat and what not to eat or how many calories to consume. Eat Smart is a comprehensive approach to help you attain a true lifestyle change.
The 16-week Eat Smart fat-loss plan is an online program that combines multiple strategies to help you achieve the body composition you desire. The program includes:
- A habit-based coaching approach
- Instruction on how to change your thought processes about fat loss
- Daily text reminders and follow-up
- Weekly class sessions or video lessons
- Daily educational emails
- Weekly contact with a registered dietitian
