The purpose of this evaluation is to gather feedback on your experience taking group classes. We believe that your feedback is critical to the growth of our programs and services. Please take a moment to answer these questions

"1" being least satisfied and "5" being most satisfied.

1. Teacher Evaluation

How satisfied are you with your teacher's knowledge and teaching ability?
How satisfied are you with your teacher's ability to help you modify exercises (make them easier or more intense)?
Does your teacher come prepared to teach (on time, organized, and focused on the class)?
How satisfied are you with your teacher's use of tools to enhance your class (i.e. music, props, etc.)?
Is your teacher approachable, open to feedback, available to communicate with?
Can you suggest one thing that your teacher could do to improve?

2. Program Evaluation

How satisfied are you with the choice of group class offerings?
Please rate the overall quality of the program.
Can you suggest one thing that we could do to improve our group classes?

3. Studio Evaluation

How satisfied are you with the facility?
How comfortable are you while taking classes here?
How satisfied are you with the range of health and wellness options available here?
Can you suggest one thing that we can do to improve the facility or the offerings?

Timely News

The winter session starts on 1/9 and runs for 12 weeks. We are currently taking registrations for classes, click on the REGISTER tab to enroll in a class. There are lots of NEW and exciting formats on the schedule this fall, including Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba ! We have added a new Friday class, Beginner Yogilates, a perfect way to end the week. By popular demand, we have added a Restorative Yoga session, the second Sunday of each month, a perfect way to start the week! Click on the Group Class tab to read about the class desccriptions.
