Timely News

The winter session starts on 1/9 and runs for 12 weeks. We are currently taking registrations for classes, click on the REGISTER tab to enroll in a class. There are lots of NEW and exciting formats on the schedule this fall, including Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba ! We have added a new Friday class, Beginner Yogilates, a perfect way to end the week. By popular demand, we have added a Restorative Yoga session, the second Sunday of each month, a perfect way to start the week! Click on the Group Class tab to read about the class desccriptions. Make your health and wellness your top priority. Let us help you!
